The Taffy Kitchen processes & ships orders Monday through Friday. Please allow 24 to 36 hours for the creation, processing & packaging of your order.
Shipping is sent through the UPS SurePost program to give the best combination of price & shipping speed to ensure your product arrives fresh.
If faster shipping is required, we offer the choice of both UPS 2 Day Air & UPS Next Day Air. The rates for these services are calculated based on the following factors. The weight of your product & the distance from Frankenmuth.

From 2 to 5 days, although around high-volume shipping days, UPS could have an additional delay.
Returns
We want to ensure our customers are happy with their purchase, however, we are unable to accept refunds. If the product is less then stellar, we can most certainly send you out some replacement taffy
General FAQ's
resh Water Taffy is made from high quality ingredients, include fresh water, right in Frankenmuth, MI. We uphold our quality by making small batch Taffy runs. We cook our raw ingredients in-shop & pour onto a water-cooled table to chill. From there we pull our Taffy until all flavors are blended in with the taffy. We then place the batch on our batch roller where it’s evenly rolled out & fed into our taffy wrapper, a piece of 100 year old equipment called the kisser.
